Interview with James Griffin, an educator, concerning his experiences during the desegregation of the Hamilton Park, Texas, School and the establishment of the Pacesetter program. Griffin discusses his employment at the Hamilton Park School, federal desegregation suits, the activities of the Hamilton Park Civic League, his decision to establish Pacesetter, the fate of black teachers, and PTA activities.
